Meeting with Jangam Math Stakeholders and Presentation on Jangam DPR Proposals

On 21st January 2021,a protocol visit of EOI officials to Jangam was organized. CLPIU (Building) officials and important local members of the site were present at the site for discussions on the INTACH DPR proposal for Jangam. The community representatives of Jangam community who were present at the meeting included Shri Bharat Jangam, Head of Jungam Pratishthan, Shri Jyoti Jangam, Head Priest of Jangam Math, Shri Deepak Jangam, Shri Pushkar Jangam and Shri Sanjaya Jangam among several other. A detailed presentation was made by INTACH on the proposed interventions and adaptive reuse of the buildings in the Jangam Matha.
